Essex Thurrock Player Development Programme (PDP)

We all aspire to create a Player Pathway that develops and supports the development of outstanding players, through a countrywide network of programmes accessible to girls from all backgrounds, where the only entry requirement is talent.

Within Essex Thurrock there are two PDPs that are part of the England Netball Performance Pathway and consists of an U15 and U13 Programme.

The programme has up to one cohort, per age group. Each cohort consists of approximately 20 athletes and delivers 60 hours of coaching from October through to May.
